Pilates for healthy backs

Join us for this Pilates and Franklin Method class. Using balls and bands and Pilates exercises, this class will help you body become more mobile and flexible and to feel better! If you have stiffness in your joints, are prone to lower back pain and sciatica, then these classes will help you relieve some of those symptoms.
