Cream Tea at Christmas
This Christmas there is a big thank you to all our volunteers with a Cream Tea at Christmas in All Saints Centre on Saturday 16 December between 3:00pm and 5:00pm.
Lots of us in the Weston and Newbridge area are volunteers, and Christmas is a time to celebrate together. You may be volunteering for Love Weston Library, Love Weston Café, the Welcome Café and Food Club, the Boys Brigade, Scouts, Guides, Brownies, All Saints Church, the Parish Hall, Weston Gardening Club, the Moravian Church, Weston Litter team, the RUH, at one of our schools, in a local care home, as a trustee, or just helping your neighbours with gardening and shopping.
If that’s you, then you are warmly invited to the party - a taste of summer, in the middle of winter! The guest of honour will be the Mayor of Bath, Councillor Dine Romero, who will formally thank all the volunteers for all that you do to support your neighbours in lots of different ways, and to help make our local area such a good place to live.
Let’s all dress up to make it special, so wear something fun, or funny, or seasonal.
